feature request: muxing matrices in the right way

bach i realy would like to see your suggestion in a next version...
like i said in this:

i think its possible to build in resrtream into dvd2svcd...
and thats the only way to really have different matrixs with cce2.5..

maybe DVD2svcd can do so if he got some time
