adding new chapters

If after the track is insertet in a title folder I add new chapters to it in Track Editor, Scenario Editor do not reflect changes made.
How do I refresh Scenario Editor to show new or deleted chapters?

Just delete it from the title folder and then add it again, then they will register.

But what if buttons have been already tagged? I'd obviously have to reassigne the buttons...

mmm, yeah, well, at least that's the easy part :devil:

You can try to expand it fully out, select the "program" and hit delete (the pgc and links should remain). I *believe* it keeps the buttons intact. Not positive on this. Then drag your modified track onto the pgc.
