How to select audio streams from menu?

I know you can change the audio stream from your remote but what about movies that allow you to choose which audio track you want from a menu before the movie begins playing? How do you do that? Or more specifically how would you do that in DVDMaestro?

use a command sequence to set the audio track.

or use a playlist and do the same too...
