View Full Version : Playing the same mpeg-2 file twice

So, I have four mpeg-2 streams, that fit well on an SVCD, and I want them to play in this sequence: 1, 2, 4, 1, 3, 4. I've played around for hours with TSCV and VCDEasy, and neither program seems to be able to do it.

I think you'll get a better answer in the SVCD forum. The forum you posted in is for the program called DVD2SVCD. I moved it so you have a chance of getting a proper answer.

i think you dont want to re encode 'em
do in dos!( copy/b 1.mpa+2.mpa+4.mpa+1.mpa+3.mpa+4.mpa sum.mpa)
one thing(important)
open each mp2 in a PLAIN text editor
manually delete the last line of bytes from each one.
-or
mux each mp2 to an mpg of proper lenght
paste all the mpg if you have an utility that does in the PROPER way
demux the audio
done.

@Infophreak
please try it with I-Author. You can first enter mpg1,2,4, than
in playlist right click, manually add "play iterm" to add mpg1,3,4.
that should work.
@movmasty
you used both .mpa and .mp2, all ard audio file, where ware the .m2v(mpv) video file? When someone has the mpeg2-steams with 2 audio tracks, what do you do with your mothod, witch nobody understund?
Very likely Infophreak has a full SVCD, not passable to put extra data on CD.
No bullshit, please.

hehe,i misunderstood mpeg-2 with mp2(audio)true,
my fault,it happens
but the bullshit owns to you.
@ Infophreak
insnt clear if you want to just play those mpg2 in that order,
or have a mpg2 with parts in that order,thus putting 'em twice.

@movmasty
hum..., "misunderstood"...? when not bullshit, than idot.
Why? What Infophreak wanted was clear, play the same .mpg files twice, in diff. order. People like you with such lower level(when not with lower IQ) should only post question in this forum, or just read the posts, but do not try to reply the questions. Please do not waste the time of other memers!
May God give you more IQ.
