9 Gb DVD --> 9 Gb DVD

Could anybody give me suggestion how avoid demuxing process? I decrypted all files but can't found layers separator. I have not 9 Gb DVD burner, but guys who have it need to DLTs for each layer, so I can't figure how to separate all files. I will apriciate for any help. Thank you very much!

the main movie will consist of 1GB vobs, the last one will be small. if the main movie goes over the layer break, a new vob is created, so maybe in the middle one of the vobs will be less than 1GB.

(yes i know technically all the vobs are less than 1GB, 0.99GB to be exact)
