Given that the bitrate in CCE encoded files seems to rise above and fall below the max/min settings when using VBR, has anyone experimented enough to ascertain by just how much on average CCE seems to exceed these limits ?
For example, using Bitrate viewer, the highest bitrate in this mornings effort was around 3200, when the maximum had been set to 2600.
This is of course going to cause problems when I come to mux in the audio, given the final destination of the movie is to SVCD.
