1. Do dvd specs allow for pulldown use?
i've made m2v source 23.976 with cce and applied pulldown (with no options) to it.
When I tried to import into scenarist the video with pulldown I have the error saying:
Number of fields (38) in GOP(# 2)or between sequence_header_code should be equal or smaller than 36.
The guide states that it is also possible to encode using ivtc to save space.
I dont quite understand are these two methods follow same goal or not.
Should they be used both or selectively and when?
If anyone could clear this up for me, that would defenitely be more than great.
