Advanced DVD menu ?

I have read all of Doom9's excellent guides for scenarist and meastro and have both of them

I am creating a wedding dvd and have two menu items. ceremony and Images.

What i want to do is when either ceremony or images is selected a wedding bell appears next to it. not a full colour bell just 4 colour bell. How would i go about doing this ? i have seen somthing simmilar to what i want on the Stargate R2 DVD.

I believe this would work

Create your subpicture layer in 4 colours

Say Colour1 (and Colou 4, if you wish) for the selection buttons

Bell in Colour2 with Colour3 outline

And any other detail in Colour4,say

Then import this into DVDMaestro


Now whatever colour DVDMestro has assigned to the 2 bell elements, render them completely transparent (using the sliders) in the Button Preview/"None = not selected"view, then make them fully opaque in the selection Colour and action colour views

So the bells wont be visisble in the not-selected mode, but will be in the Selection and Action modes

I thought it would probably have to be something like this given the 4 colour bitmap limit.
