tmpgenc, cbr and motion search precision

when using cbr as my "rate control mode" and 2450 as my video "bit rate", will changing the "motion search precision" from normal to highest quality have any effect on the encoding? or does the "motion search precision" option only have an effect when using vbr as your "rate control mode"?

Why don't you try it? Try "fastest" and "slowest" and see if there is any difference.
