Hi I want cce to encode at 4 pass vbr, with a bitrate setting of 2350 average, 500 minimum, 2500 maximum. but everytime i get an mpv thats about 50 - 100 megs smaller than what it should be. Even when i try tweaking the vaf in "Advanced" tab it will say my stream file will be approximately 750,000,000 bytes, but when encoding is finished the file is only around 688,000,000. Am i doing something wrong? I am using avi synth plugin and bicubic resize, also the only boxes i check under video are progressive frames, Linear quantization scale, and Zig Zag Scanning Order.
