How to remove text in the avi???

I have a Divx movie but there is something wrong with it.
There is some text of mpaa in it, ant i dont know how to remove it. :confused:

if they are burnt into the video which they probably are then the only way to get ride of it would be to reencode and using a blurring filter that would basically take surrounding color and blend it over the text.. Which makes the video look really shitty IMHO and reencoding also reduces the quality of teh video anyways.. So basically can't be done without a quality hit in the video.
