Hi there,
I'm using DVD2SVCD to trancode DVB-Streams to SVCD. The video stream is often in 480 x 576 format, and I don't need to resize, but to reduce the bitrate and therefore need to transcode it. But if resizing is not really needed, is the selected resizing method relevant? Is there e.g. a difference between bicubic an simple resize method when the source material already is 480x576?
