video card problems

hey i have a rage fury pro 128 32 meg card with composite and s-video out. anyway for sum reason my screen looks like its shaking. also every time i play a video file i see sooo many pixels especially when its in a dark part of the video such as a black screen. does anyone know if there r any settings that i can change so that the screen doesnt shake and i dont see all these pixels? if u do plz lemme know

You can change the settings (refresh rate), if it still looks like shaking, you need to inspect graphics card and monitor...:(
