AVI fine MPG out of sync!

Hi, I have We Were Soldiers in AVI format, but I had to change the audio sync. I used VirtualDub and delay audio track by 200ms. When I run it through TMPGEnc however, the audio comes out of sync again. How do I fix this?:(

Sometimes it really happened when you encode it using TMPGEnc.
To fix this, you should demux it using MPEG Tools of TMPGEnc to
extract .m1v and .mp2 files. Then mux them using bbMPEG.

If you're lucky it will solve the out-of-synch problem.
