hello
I don't understand at all
my source is a mjpg avi (coming from a digisuite). The beginning of the sequence is a timewarp sequence, means everything goes really fast (source is field)(the result sequence is maybe 4 or 6 x faster).
I tried everything (high bitrate), cbr, vbr, vbr 3 passes, played with matrice, with the image quality, played with the gop ... I can't get the same result as a hardware encode.
I don't understand at all. I'll try to put on a ftp the beginning of the sequence if anyone is interested.
Any clue? What am I doing wrong? Except the beginning of my sequence, everything seems to be fine.(I tried maybe 15 different settings).

Thanks :scared:

Have you tried editing the VAF file (from within the CCE video advanced section) and boosting the bitrate for the problem section. Or doing stuff with Q-factor (which I don't understand)
