Annoying Windows/Explorer problem

The problem is that every fucking .AVI file on my system is LOCKED down until I do a end procsess on explorer.exe and use cmd.exe for file operations. Once i start explorer again all avi files are locked again.. i can play em and copy them but not move/delete... this is very annoying...all the files are valid avi files so corrupt avi files is not the problem.

Installed Software:
Windows XP Pro (just installed 2 days ago)
DivX 5 Lite
XviD
OggDS 0.9.9.0

fixed it.. you are too slow !!!! !!!!! ;)

1. Open up regedit
2. Goto HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\SystemFileAssociations\.avi\shellex\PropertyHandler
3. Delete the "Default" value which should be "{87D62D94-71B3-4b9a-9489- 5FE6850DC73E}"
