when ever i tried to encode in CCE 2.50 I get flicker

when ever i tried to encode in CCE 2.50 I get flicker
if i use Top Field.. ( original source also have Top Field)
but when I use Lower field flicker removed... strange...
Can somebody explain me why it occure...

I am frameserving with Avisynth.. source is NTSC 29.97..

I've run into this also... I changed the default template to have this value unchecked and have saved myself a lot of headaches. It doesn't make sense, though. I think there is a bug in CCE...
