@Foxer
I've a little question. How do "max overflow improvement/degradation" work? What do you get with that?

for reference:
- negative displayed overflow = overflow
- positive displayed overflow = underflow
- overflow is produced by the difference between desired framesize and actual framesize
- overflow is scaled by curved framesize / average framesize before it's used to improve or degrade the curved framesize.

They control how quickly the rate control system makes up for the overflow or underflow.

Max improvement specifies that underflow can increase a frame's curved size up to 100% + said percentage of what it would be without any overflow/underflow.

Max degradation specifies that overflow can reduce a frame's curved size down to 100% - said percentage of what it would be without any overflow/underflow.
