strange keyframe problem [Archive]

Please look at the following pictures (about 25KB each).
This is what every keyframe looks like (mysterious distortion):

This is the VERY NEXT FRAME:

The previous frame looked perfect as well. This happens for almost every keyframe. Why are only the keyframes screwed up? Do I need to post more information so you guys know what the hell I did wrong?

Hi-

I've seen similar examples where it was in the source material (the DVD itself). Have you checked? Is that picture from the finished .avi, or the original .avs or VFAPI? To check the source, open the .d2v in GKnot and scroll to where the keyframes would be, or make your .avs and scroll it in Nandub and find where a keyframe would be. And, of course, if it's on the DVD, then nothing can be done.

If it's not in the source, then I'm not sure (maybe IVTC differently or with different settings).
