I have a DivX file that came with the subtitles in a seperate SRT file. It works great when I watch it on the computer, but I am trying to convert the files to VCD for viewing on the set-top box. Now... I have tried muxing the subs together with the AVI (Vobsub's SubMux, v2.12), but it outputs a small (145k) file and exits. Is there an easy way to add the subs into the video permanently that I am missing?
