Analyzing Vidio, please wait.....

I have encodet another movie, but then i took another one and when i opened the ifo file it keep haning in that analyzing vidio!!
WHY?

This sounds like an Aspi problem.
Have you installed force aspi from the Doom9 download page?

It could also be that the DVD needs to be authenticated.
Try playing the DVD movie for a few seconds in a Software DVD player and then put it on pause as you start the rip.
