Hi everyone,
after a long night with installing and deinstalling of iviaudio's and mpgaudio's, i finally got AC3 to work. The 6ch sound option is now selecteble at the Intervideo Audio decoder.
When using WMP 6.4 (or NiceMC, technically the same), I get the full experience, all 5 channels separately + sub. BUT: When I do fast forward, the sound is 1)asynch and 2)i get lots of crackles.
When using BSPlayer or PowerDivX Nexgen, and selecting WAVOut at the preferences dialog, the center speaker remains silent and I can hardly hear any voices, no matter what movie.
I'm quite sure it has something to do with the wavout/directsound selection. Does anyone have any advice on this?

Athlon TB 800MHz
512Meg RAM
CL Audigy
CL Inspire 5300
