nandub crash even after reinstalling windows

hey,
since i week i have big problems with my nandub. every time i start compression i get an error message like this:

i can't handle it.
i reinstalled windows, i formated my hd. nothing changed...

seems to me that it has to to with the audio files..
i started a rip without any audiostream and it works fine for me...
hmm, of course i could mux the audio later but maybe someone can help me out quandmême:))
