hmmm... i've encoded the sound from AI to 2 different mp3 files, but i can't decide which mp3 file to use in the movie.
One is encoded with --r3mix and one with --alt-preset 128 settings. They're both about 120MB. Most of the sound in the movie is really low volume and there's a lot of talking in the movie.
The r3mix mp3 has a lot 96kbps frames, but at some part in the movie when there's a lot going on, the bitrate rises to ~192kbps.
The alt-preset 128 of course is always around 128kbps.

Which mp3 would you use?

Yeah, i probably should. When i play the mp3 in winamp i can't even see spectrum analyser bars popping up most of the time in the movie.

I'm gonna try it. I really wonder if the size of the --r3mix mp3 will be (much) larger when i encode it with dynamic compression...
