Sorry to bang this drum again, but maybe someone could summarize what burning tools are capable to burn images created with IfoEdit?

I've used Prassi, VOB InstantDVD and Nero 5.5.x with the .img files created via IfoEdit. No problems with any, but prefer Prassi.

What brands of players did you test your "image burned" DVD-Rs with?
Unfortunately my recorder came with InstantDVD so Prassi is not an option for me (yet); but I will give Nero a try for the image job since I don't want to many burning apps installed...

Two Apex DVD players (mods 1500 and 3201), Samsung DV1000 and JVC XV6501 (although I don't recommend the JVC, too many problems with ANY DVD-R and SVCD). I've had very good sucess lending those DVD-Rs to friends and having them play on their standalone DVD players too.

padre,
when you recorded your IfoEdit .img files with Nero, what did you select as "type of image", "block size", etc.? I guess you can't just rename your .img to .nrg files...
