Is there anyway i can do this (without hurting video nor audio quality)? Just take the subtitles off!
- The movie was encoded using DivX Low Motion Codec with AC3 Sound plus subtitles with VobSub plugin in Nandub ...
Thnx ..

Simple answer: No.
If you want to alter the video (where the subs are) you *have* to recompress and that *will* degrade quality.

Guess i'm gonna have to encode it all over again .. stupid me, i forgot to take VobSub plugin outta the FILTERS list before starting Two Passes =P.. so it muxed the subtitles along with the video of course, haha ..
But i'm still waiting for alternative answers for that problem peeps, u sure there's nothing i can do to just take the subtitles off?.. I'de appreciate any knowledge you could trow at me !

like swede said..
No
the reason is because when you encoded with that method you burnt the subs into the video meaning they are permantly there.. the only way you could remove them is using a smear style technique or blend to try and blend the colors around the subs over the subs thus making video look bad along with lower'ing over all quality because of reencoding the video..
