Is it possible to get the exact Layer break...
From a DVD 9...

It was my understanding that IFOedit will select the layer change by default when splitting a DVD.

That's right, IfoEdit will display you the cell where's the layer break located.

But this is not 100%.
Usualy the layerbreak is located at a cell, that has got the flag 'Seamless playback linked' set to no.

So IfoEdit just display's at such cell's: 'Layer Br.' in VTS Overview.
But it must not be realy the layerbreak.

If want to know it 100%, then you must analyse the filesystem (UDF) on the original DVD!
