00:19:08:Telefonul tău sună?
00:19:10:Nu
00:19:12:Al cui este.
00:19:14:
00:19:17:Cine și-a lăsat telefonul aici?
BSPlayer worked with this subtitle. But unfortunatly I have to change the framerate and none of the usual programs (that I know) doesn't recognize it.

From what I see, this format is very simple, it looks like
HH:MM:SS:Text
Because there are no frames used in the timecode, it doesn't matter how many frames per second you have, no conversion is needed.

Actually I have to cut it in two coz the movie is 2 cd's and the subs have to start like 5 secs. earlier so I still need a method to convert them in something that can be edited like Subwiever, Microdvd or SubRip.

If there is no better idea coming during the next day, you may send me the file and I'll try to hack up a tool that can convert it into something readable.

Try subresync from the vobsub pack to convert/cut/... this format (I think it is vplayer's, but not sure).

It's Subcreator. Using it you can export those subtitles to SRT.

The format is usually called TMPlayer format or BESTPlayer format. Easily checked, edited and/or converted with SubEdit.

Thanks for help guys.
I used SubEdit and easily converted into mdvp.
Then because the result looked like this
{100}{}Telefonul tău sună?
{300}{}Nu
I used another tool made by a friend to add the timing in the second bracket.
