Hello all,
I've used DVD2SVCD to do it's thing on "The Mummy". Now I don't know if it is done or not. Ay the bottom of the log tag only shows 65% but isn't doing anything else. It has been sitting like this for 2 hours. I will try to copy/paste the log here for review:--------------------------------------------------------

It looks like you are having the infamous CCE freeze issue. It is a well known problem that some movies and/or computers just don't get along with CCE.

Make sure to test your machine using a good memory tester and use the Prime95 torture test. CCE is very finicky, much more then most other programs.

Do a search on CCE freeze or CCE crash and you will see many posts on the subject along with things to try.

First thing is test you computer maxed out with the programs mentioned.
try a different movie.
try using safe mode.
Third Try CCE 2.62 (not 2.64) and safe mode
lastly switch to TMPG.

Thanks for the reply Mark.
Is there a big difference between CCE and TMPG. I'm new to this. Also is all lost from this 20 hour process or is there something that I can do??
