How can I merge 2 vobsub subtitle sets (idx,ifo,sub) into 1?

I used VobSub Cutter to cut them for 2 CD rip. Now my friend wants the same subtitles too, but his copy is on 1CD, but I don't know how to merge the files. Can that be done?
