you don't have to calculate the bitrate for dvd2svcd, the program does it for you. in the bitrate tab, enter how many cd's per how many minutes you want to spend, enter min and max (depending on characteristics of your dvd player) and go!

ok so if the movie is 94 mins and i want it on 2 cds of 800 mbs what would i put in the min and max if i want too put 2 audios? if i leave the bitrate like it is it says that it is too high??? ok example= 1 max 2400/ 2 min 300/3 min avg 1600/4 max avg 2200

The error you're seeing is probably related to the max total bitrate. You need to reduce the bitrate of one or both of your audio streams, or lower the max video bitrate, or some combination of same.
For example, if you have 2 audio streams set to 192 kbps, you need to lower you max video bitrate to somewhere around 2340 to stay within spec. Alternatively, you could keep the 2400 max video bitrate, and decrease both audio streams to 160 to stay within spec.
