I am trying to convert a 576x240 29.97 avi file back to mpegs 2 , so that i can burn it to a dvdr.
I use Tmpeg to convert it. After the convertion. The vertical picture in my tv is really small. I think i need to do some ratio convertion before i use tmpeg.
Can anyone give me a quick hint how to do it ?
