I can't access the seamless branching in the VOB extras menu, I'm trying to back-up the directors cut of robocop. What am I doing wrong?

This option is only accessable if the title containes seamless branching (interleaved cell's).

The same with the angles option!

Robocop is seamless branching; I think? It has two versions of the film on the same disc (original and directors cut). There are 3 PGC's on the disc. So I want to select PGC_3 from the seamless branching option in vob menus but it won't let me.

are you opening the video_ts.ifo or the one for the main movie? ... also double check that you dont have remux checked ( that disables the branch and angle check boxes i think )

The main movie file, if you select video_ts.ifo you can't access the Vob menu. No remux is not selected.

This is strange then!
Would you please send me the IFO file to check that out?

Looks interesting!

Well indeed it has got 3 PGC's they are playing the movie in different ways, but it hasn't got interleaved cells.
I don't know the exact definition of seamless branching, so I can't tell you if this is now SB or not.

I have to get Robocop by my self, and test it out at home.
Is that Robot cop Prime directives ?

@derrow

Did you already find a solution for this problem? I´m also having problems with it.

Stigmata also "seamless branching" I believe... it has 2 PGCs with the same movie... but IFOEdit 0.932 won't activate the Seamless branching option... what happened if I just go ahead and split it?
will both DVDR will have both of the PGCs plitted???

Thanks.
