End Of Days wrong chapter sequence???

Hello,

I was in the middle of backing up my End Of Days PAL DVD and I came across a weird problem.
I'm trying to make a movie only DVD with 1 audio and 1 subtitle stream.
So I used IfoEdit v0.9 to strip the unwanted streams and make a new VIDEO_TS.ifo and a VTS_01_0.ifo etc.
Now here comes the problem:
when I play the newly created DVD it starts with one of the last chapters and after the end credits the first chapter begins.

The original ripped DVD plays fine from my HD.
But when I load the main movie vobs into dvd2avi to preview the movie it also plays screwed up.

From what I understand is that the main movie uses 2 vobid's.
But the first chapters are stored in vobid2 and the last chapters in vobid1.
So after ifoedit it start with vobid1 instead of vobid2.

Is there a way to fix this problem?

it has someting to do with the layer-change..
i found in one IFO something is missing

Nope I still haven't found the solution.

mmmm...
not so nice..
i looked at it yesterday.. i did a new rip, changed something.. but to no avail..
Somehow the sequence got changed again.. i now have the situation i had at the beginning.. the 2 starting chapters are at the end, i will try if i can change the chapter sequence somehow..
If i just play the VOB file, it plays normally.. maybe VOBedit ? i never used that before.
If anyone knows how to do this...
