last time I checked manuals were still protected by copyright laws so whoever has it may not send it to you or he'll break the law. Furthermore this is no request forum

I don't really know what VideoPack is so I'm afraid I can't help you.

I would try the usual, that is go to google and enter something like VideoPack AND forum

VideoPack 5 is the ROXIO Authoring software.This one follows to be developping by people from CeQuadrat.
It's the authoring software more efficient that I've seen.
