encoding problem help

every thing is ok till cce starts to encode the movie
this is what comes up
cce endoding error
video check-sums is diffrent from that of previous pass
source video data or time code may be diffrent
please check video tape or the imformation file
current check-sum =00980571
previous check-sum =00980572
please help i am very new to this so take it easy on me
