making a vob file from a m2v and a ace

I used reMPEG to shrink the first vob file in my movie. That of course is just video. Second I need audio; I was going to use smart ripper for that. Once I have the .m2v file and a separate .ac3 file how do I combine those into a burnable vob file again?
