I am getting this error when I follow Derrow's directions on the guide for REcord Now Max.
Data Job Untitled 1 Terminated with errors
Error - 10 at Sector 0 - Command:5D Sense:05 ASC:30 ASCQ:02
Any ideas? If you've read my posts prior to this, you would know that I'm VERY frustrated. Should I just get rid of the drive? No one else seems to be having as many problems as I am...and I work in the computer industry, so this stuff isn't foreign to me. My drive is showing up as a 100j rather than a 100i and NO SOFTWARE will work with it. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Thanks.
