Just movie files problem.

Hi,
I've just ripped the movie files of Krull and now it won't play. I have a video_TS file with just 5 vob's in it. I tried to get it to work by creating video.ifo file from Info edit. I also copied a video.vob file from another dvd to see if that would make it work but it' doesn't.

I nolonger have the DVD to hand so cannot take any needed files from it. So how can I get the DVD to work in a standalone player? I don't need menus r anything just the film.

I have done 2 films before but ripped the whole DVD and everything has worked fine. I've been testing usinf powerDVD Xp and playing dvd from hard drive.

Tried that and it didn't work.

It just goes to a blank screen and does not play anything.

If I highlight the VOB and put them in to power dvd it plays them fine.

Any other Ideas

And if you play it in PowerDVD by selecting the IFO, does that work ?

No, it just says play and then stays at a blank (black ) screen.
