Size Of Movie

I keep trying to get this movie done in Dvd2svcd , the length is 2:10:35 now i have tried several times w/ the bitrate settings @ 135 Minutes for 2 cds even up to 150 minutes for 2 cds but i still keep getting 3 cds made and the 3rd only contains 29 seconds of the ending which needs to be on cd2 :( Any ideas or anything to help me past this barrier ? In the bitrate tab absolutely make sure than the MIN AVG. box is UNCHECKED. If you CHECK it your # of Cd's will be OVERRIDDEN as DVD2SVCD will give you that bit rate ( whatever you set the min avg. to ) and take as many CD's as necessary to do so.
