How to convert .mov to vcd

I have about 8 .mov files that I would like to play on a vcd. I dont know how to get them to mpg if possible. Can anyone help.

There should be instructions on how to do this at vcdhelp.com. I think there is a mov plugin for TMPGEnc available.

you can download QTreader at doom9 download site. "install" in tmpg folder and off you go.
