Witch DivX gives you the best quality 4.12 or 5 (im making a 26min movi to 200mb)?

It all depends and for someone divx 4 can be better and for other one divx 5 can be better. Just try for yourself and see what suits you best. Divx 5 should (but doesn't have to) be better. 26 minutes film on 200 mb should be quite good in quality... Just try and see...
