Arg!!!!
Ive followed every single subtitle guide on Doom9's page, yet for the life of me I cannot get subtitles to display!!!! In fact, when I right-click in the window (playing in WMP) I never get any kind of menu, let alone a "language" or "subtitle" menu. I've tried the following methods:
1) VobSub, made sure the *.sub and *.ifo and *.idx were all in the same directory as the AVI, and that they were called the same name. Didn't work.
2) Using Subrip (with OCR), saving as *.sub, using sub2sami to convert the file to *.smi. Put that in the same dir as the AVI, and made sure it was the same filename. Nothing came up in the caption window in WMP, nor did any kind of menu come up when I right-click the window where the video is playing.
3) Making an *.ogm instead of an AVI, and muxing the *.srt subtitles in using graphedit. STILL NO SUBTITLES, NOR ANY MENU WHEN I RIGHTCLICK THE VIDEO.
Its driving me insane, can someone help out?
