Hi all.
Whenever I make a Xvid movie,I almost always crop the video. A lot of movies comes out as 720x304 (from 720x576). All my dvds are PAL (Region 2 stuff...greets from South Africa :-)
OK, now my question is: Should I resize the video when encoding, (since I view most stuff fulscreen at 1025x768), or should I let the the player/codec handle the resizing? I don't like the idea of breaking the original format of the movie but if it is beter then i'll go for it.
Secondly, I assume BiCubic is the best way to reisize. I use Gordian Knot to do my encodes.
Thanks
