CCE and IfoGuide: problem with PAL subtitles

Following the new CCE and IfoGuide...
At the point of converting subtitles with
"Scenarist SubScript Convert 1.0.42", the "Output Resolution"
combo box can't be changed and stay on NTSC resolution
(720x480). And indeed the output .SST file will use
NTSC resolution, and 30fps setting! Needless to say, it does
not work when imported in Scenarist (the bitmap will be clipped,...)

Did I miss something?

I have not succeeded in making this software work with PAL subtitles. I follow the old procedure Subrip/Subadjust/Maestro SBT for these PAL movies.
