Permanent subs

I am trying to make permanent sub's the frameserving way in virtualdub, everything works fine until I try to load the .vdr file in TMPGenc, only the timeglas appears in TMPGenc, can not do anything but to stop TMPGenc by force. Any idea's ??

Are there perhaps any other way to make permanent sub's ?

This sometimes happens.

First start VirtualDub frameserver and then TMPEGENC.

If still freezes, start another copy of TMPEGENC and terminate previously.

This should work.
