some people might not like to use beta software, and for now winrar3 is such.
here's what i found in whatsnew.txt in beta1
RAR 3.0 archives can be unpacked by any RAR version beginning from RAR 2.9, currently it is 2.9 and 3.0. RAR 3.0 can unpack archives created by all older RAR versions.
so if some folks don't want to isntall winrar3 just yet, they can easily use winrar2.9
perhaps you might want to update news page with this info.
