DivX 5.0 & Players

Hi everybody
Is it true that all the new features of DivX 5.0 (especially B-frames) only works with their DivX Player 2.0 alpha.
I always use BS Player, do I need to wait for a new version wich will support DivX 5.0 ?

As fas I know any player that can play normal videos should also be able to play DivX5's B-frame videos
