compression check crashed

Each time I tried to run a compression check, my computer freezes, black screen, or fatal error :confused:
I don't know what the heck is going on, any idea?
OS: Win 98SE

Which release of GKnot are you using? Which codec? There were known problems with compression check at 0.21/DivX4.

I use DivX4, and I may use GK 0.21. However I think I installed the 0.23 update :confused:

Try reinstalling gknot with the complete package, this solved it for me...
