View Full Version : Any decent 'cheap' rt mpeg2 cards?

Preferrably ones that can capture at 720x480...definately one that can at least handle capturing directly into an svcd compliant mpeg2 file that would need no extra re-encoding...any suggestions? I'm on a very tight budget and need a low end card that I can squeeze higher end results out of with a little (or even alot) of elbow grease! I noticed the IOMagic PC PVR claims to be able to capture at dvd frame rates and resolutions, but with superiorly bad quality? How about the AVERTV RECORD/PLAYBACK TV?
